Welcome to White Dog B&B
White Dog B&B is the culmination of five+ arduous years of renovation to the historic Mitchell Turner House with an ongoing attempt to breathe new life into its original grandeur and share that experience with our guests. We have always stayed at B&Bs in our travels over the past decades and wanted to emulate that style and make your stay comfortable, convivial and hopefully special.
We have stayed true to the original architecture of this historic home (on the National Historic Registry), but have modernized the guest rooms and common areas to be very comfortable with all modern amenities. White Dog B&B offers a glimpse into the mid-1800s lifestyle while affording a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful visit to WhiteDogB&B. The house is 177 years old and is absolutely beautiful. The use of molding on walls and ceilings was so pretty and well done. Patty & Rob were very very nice and made our visit a great experience. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate our experience a 15. Thank you very much.
Thank you Bob, your group was a lot of fun, we're glad you extended your visit the day of the Eclipse. We hope you will join us again (perhaps after your New England tour).

Patty & Rob went out of there way to make you feel at home. The home was wonderful and as clean as can be. The breakfast was exquisite and
different each day. It is located in a very nice small town. Thank you Patty & Rob and will see you again!

The White Dog Bed & Breakfast has the the perfect charmed atmosphere that you would expect in a historic home. Located on a quiet street in the village of Milan Ohio. From the stately front porch with its beautiful columns, abundant flowering pots with rockers. Perfect place to relax & enjoy the quiet. The foyer introduces you to the antique decor in every room. The sitting area outside the bedrooms is a nice touch for gathering. Patty & Rob are the perfect hosts. They have put much thought into their guest rooms, providing information about the room, inn & historic place around Milan & the area.
Patty serves a sumptuous & delicious breakfast, much variety in each presentation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & our hosts.
